Corporate History

Cayman was identified for the provision of electronic-based accounting services in a workshop organized in 2002 by Wall & Associates, a Canadian accounting firm.
Perwit International, a consultancy company had earlier identified Wall Associates of Canada as a firm that was interested in outsourcing Ugandan services in the IT data entry sector.

Cayman consults with the support of Enterprise Uganda (UNDP), Uganda Investment Authority (Uganda Government) and BUDS-SSE (European Union) put together training manuals, the hardware and Internet connection to develop a work force ready to handle work for Wall & Associates.

Cayman Consults has trained 80 people so far of whom 20 have been retained while the rest will be utilized by other firms that hope to partner with Wall & Associates.

Cayman Consults is already offering on-line bookkeeping (also called electronic bookkeeping) services to SME firms in Canada, USA and Europe through Wall & Associates and the firm’s business is on the rise.
