Cayman Consults limited, today has a compliment of staff who are technically competent
in different areas of professional expertise. This is a team composed of professional
Staff and support staff. In addition we have a core of support consultants whom
we can call upon on a case-by-case basis if need arises
The shareholders and staff have various competencies and experience in various
business activities.
John Ntale Kayondo: formed an accounting firm Jasper-Semu
& Associates, Certified Public accountants in 1989.Since 1989 it has been
in the field of consultancy as Auditors, Accountants, Taxation and General Finance
consulting, but the need to have an IT function to enhance the capabilities
of the accounting necessitated his being part of the formation team of Cayman
consults ltd in 2000.
He is a fully qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
(ACCA) of the United Kingdom and also full member of the Institute of Certified
Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPA-U).
He has a long experience as an Accountant; Auditor; Consultant and is an examiner
of the ICPAU.
Abubaker Luwaga: founded Cayman Consults limited in October
2000 to focus on out sourcing opportunities to the small business sector. Degree
in Bachelor of Commerce, 8 years experience with large trading companies in
various industries, Inc. in different positions that have empowered him to be
an all round business leader. Abubaker has attended courses at the local Small
Business Development Centre -Enterprise Uganda and is a continuing student of
ACCA, steadily adding business skills and business training to his technical
background.
He is a certified trainer and Small business bookkeeper having attained training
and certification with a Canadian accounting firm, Wall & Associates in
Toronto, Canada.
Abubaker is a certified training consultant for SDU II a USAID funded initiative
to train staff in higher level local governments through the various elements
of implementing the annual work plan and budget using the Fiscal decentralization
strategy modality together with achieving the government objectives using performance
indicators for both the annual budget and activities.
Emmanuel Muwazi: started his accounting career in 1994 when
he joined Price Water house Coopers.
Emmanuel is a fully qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and full member
of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the United Kingdom
and also a full member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda
(ICPA-U).
Emmanuel has tremendous experience in fields of Auditing; Accounting; Finance;
Taxation; Management and General Consultancy.
Alex Okello: holds a B.Sc.QE (Hons) of Makerere University
and is a Certified Data Entrant.
And currently pursuing his ACCA Alex worked with the Uganda Electoral Commission
for 2years to August 2002, as a data processor. He is currently working with
Cayman Consults since August 2002; Alex is currently working as an Account Manager
at Cayman Consults Ltd.
Nusula holds a higher Diploma in Accounting and Finance and currently pursuing
ACCA having recently completed her Chartered accounts Technicians (CAT) course.
Nusula has been a team member on several assignments undertaken by the firm.
Her recent experiences include a number of IT- accounting related assignments,
which have exposed her to good computer skills. Nusula has worked with the firm
for a period of over two years.
